How do I login?

  1. Go to, https://pitt.curriculog.com.
  2. Next, click the "Login" link in the top right corner.
  3. Finally, Enter your Pitt Single-Sign On credentials and your Curriculog dashboard will display (if you are already logged in via the Pitt Portal, you will only need to click the Login link to access Curriculog).

Who can access Curriculog?
Any faculty or staff member at the university has access to login using their My Pitt credentials. Students do not have access to login.

If I'm the Originator or involved in a step, how do I see a proposal throughout the entire process?
Before making a decision, hover over the form title in the My Tasks tab and click the star icon that appears to the right to Watch Proposal. After you make your decision the proposal will move on to the next/previous step and you will still be able to view the proposal.

I've added a proposal to my Watch List and it has fully been approved, how come I cannot see it anymore?
Due to the system settings, after a proposal is completed only administrators can access the proposals. If you need a PDF copy, please email curriculog@pitt.edu.

I have already Launched my proposal, but now need to change the School/Department - Hierarchy field. Is this possible?
No, once a proposal is Launched into the workflow no one can edit the Hierarchy field. You will need to Cancel the proposal and start a new one.

How do I update my notification preferences?
From within Curriculog, go to your username in the upper right-hand corner and click My Settings. Under User Rights > Permissions, choose the notification schedule you would like from Email Options and click Save Preferences.

How do I indicate that a class is crosslisted?
Indicate which courses are cross-listed in the Notes section of the Update Course form. Do not use the “Crosslisting” button in Curriculog.

Does this affect the section of a class?
No, class section updates are still handled the same way that they have always been.
